Learn to think like an operator

A low price is not a complete investment case.

Tax-sale land can demand a different kind of research. Learn what is actually being sold, what rights come with it, and which unanswered questions should stop a purchase.

01

Find the right source

Research official tax-sale, OTC, and land-bank references. Verify current inventory, rules, dates, and eligibility with the selling authority.

02

Screen the actual parcel

Look beyond the listing to legal access, permitted use, utilities, title questions, and whether the land fits a plausible buyer.

03

Set your ceiling first

Build a total-cost view and a downside case. Decide what you can pay before the pressure of an auction or application deadline.

Inside the learning path

A clear route.
A practical next step.

Ten modules turn a list of parcels into a documented decision: pursue, investigate further, or pass.

What is LandConnect?+

One connected platform to learn, operate and grow a land investment business. Training, daily business tools, research, opportunities, industry connections and standard support work together in one membership. You remain responsible for evaluating opportunities, negotiating and making investment decisions.

What does the membership cost?+

The new LandConnect membership is $497 per month, with standard onboarding included and no activation fee. Your start date and complete payment schedule are confirmed before you authorize payment. Existing member agreements are not automatically changed.

What counts as one of my 10 seller opportunities?+

A supplied seller opportunity must identify the property and owner or authorized seller, fit your agreed market, and include a recorded request for an offer or willingness to discuss selling. An exported contact, unanswered text or ownership confirmation alone does not count. A qualified opportunity is not an accepted purchase offer or a completed transaction. Delivery timing and replacement terms are confirmed before activation.

Are both courses included?+

Land Wholesaling and Tax Deed & OTC training are included while this membership is active. No separate course purchase is required and no course-purchase discount calculation applies to this new offer. Existing course purchases and promised credits remain protected.

Are DD360 reports included?+

This package includes 10 DD360 reports per month after the package and report allowance are activated. DD360 organizes available evidence and open questions; it is not an appraisal or a substitute for professional due diligence. Additional reports require separate approval. Existing report entitlements remain governed by your agreement.

Can I choose my market?+

Tell us your property state and buying criteria. We confirm support and capacity before activating delivery. Territory access and selection follow account approval; choosing a state does not promise an exclusive territory or immediate inventory.

What costs are separate?+

Property purchases, financing charges, closing costs and independently hired professionals are separate. Additional purchased data, messaging or voice usage, reports beyond the included allowance, extra lead volume and private or managed services require separate disclosed terms and approval. There is no unlimited private consulting or custom campaign management.

Does membership guarantee funding, a buyer or profit?+

No. Funding requires separate provider review, approval and terms. Buyers, accepted offers, profitable transactions and closings are not guaranteed. PRG may receive referral compensation.

What happens to my existing membership or course purchase?+

Existing customers keep the prices, discounts, course rights, lead allowances and support promised in their accepted agreements. This offer does not automatically change an existing subscription. A voluntary change requires a separate review of your rights and accepted terms; applying alone does not switch your plan.

Existing customers keep the prices, discounts, course rights, lead allowances and support promised in their accepted agreements. This offer does not automatically change an existing subscription.
