Clear answers.

Understand the membership before you join.

Three plans, from $497 a month. One platform for your land business, your own leads or ours, research included, and clear boundaries around what is included.

What is LandConnect?

LandConnect is one place to run a land-investing business: your sellers, follow-up, property research and deals, with AI that points out what most investors miss. Qualified seller opportunities, training, funding and buyer connections are included, and you can import your own leads. Members make their own investment decisions.

Who is LandConnect for?

Land investors anywhere in the country who want their business organized and their research done right. Beginners are welcome. You do not need to know everything to start: the training and the research show you each step. The membership is priced for people ready to start making offers.

Is LandConnect a lead service or a course?

Neither. It is the platform you run your land business on: your leads and ours, property research, follow-up, deals, training, funding and buyer connections. Qualified seller opportunities are included every month, and you can import your own leads into the same workspace.

Do builders and agents need an investor membership?

No. Builder and agent registration remains free under the separate partner programs. They participate as potential buyers or listing professionals, not as additional investor tiers. Fit, permission, and availability apply.

Can a business ask about land for a new location?

Yes. Use the Contact page to describe your target market, property criteria, and timing. We first discuss whether our sourcing capabilities fit your search; an inquiry does not promise suitable inventory or an established nationwide site-selection service.

What does it cost?

Core is $497 a month (10 opportunities, shared state). State Seat is $997 a month (15 opportunities, one of a limited number of seats in your state, allocated first). Team is $1,497 a month (25 opportunities across two states, three seats). Pay annually and get two months free. No activation fee. Your start date and payment schedule are confirmed before you authorize anything.

What counts as a qualified seller opportunity?

A qualified seller opportunity is an owner (or authorized seller) of an identified parcel in your state whom we reached by phone or text, who confirmed they own it and said they are open to an offer or want to discuss selling. A mailed reply, an unanswered text, a voicemail or an ownership confirmation alone does not count. A qualified opportunity is not an accepted offer or a completed transaction.

What if you deliver fewer than promised?

If fewer opportunities meeting that definition are delivered in a billing month than your tier includes, the shortfall is credited or rolled forward. First 30 days: cancel for a full refund. Seller opportunities are delivered or credited; results and income are never promised.

What is the 90-day promise?

Work LandConnect for 90 days. If you don't have an offer out the door, your next month is free. "Work it" means an active paid membership for 90 days in a row, the Land Business Formation Class finished in your first 30 days, and every seller opportunity we deliver contacted within 48 hours with the result logged. "An offer out the door" means a written offer sent to a seller and logged in your workspace, on our leads or your own. One free month per member. This promises an action you control, never a deal, a closing or income.

Is there a setup session?

The first 10 paying members get a 30-minute setup session to get your workspace, your state and your first week planned. After the first 10, onboarding is in the app and member support is by message.

What is a State Seat?

A limited number of members (currently three) hold a seat in each state. Seat holders are allocated opportunities first. When a state's seats are taken, new applicants for that state go on a waitlist or join as Core. A seat is held while you are active; leaving releases it.

Are DD360 reports included?

DD360 property research reports are included with every tier for the opportunities you work and your own parcels, subject to fair use (60 a month). Non-members can order a single report from the public tool. DD360 organizes available evidence and open questions; it is not an appraisal or a substitute for professional due diligence.

Are both courses included?

Land Wholesaling and Tax Deed & OTC training are included while this membership is active. No separate course purchase is required. Existing course purchases and promised credits remain protected.

Can I choose my state?

Yes. You pick your state when you join. Most seller opportunities come from Georgia today; in other states we tell you that before you enter a card, any opportunity we don't deliver in a cycle is credited, and you can hold your spot instead of paying. If the three State Seats in your state are taken, we tell you before any charge.

What costs are separate?

Property purchases, financing charges, closing costs and independently hired professionals are separate. Purchased data, messaging or voice usage beyond included allowances, extra lead volume and private or managed services require separate disclosed terms and approval. There is no unlimited private consulting or custom campaign management.

Does membership guarantee funding, a buyer or profit?

No. Funding requires separate provider review, approval and terms. Buyers, accepted offers, profitable transactions and closings are not guaranteed. PRG may receive referral compensation.

What happens to my existing membership or course purchase?

Existing customers keep the prices, discounts, course rights, lead allowances and support promised in their accepted agreements. This offer does not automatically change an existing subscription. A voluntary change requires a separate review of your rights and accepted terms; applying alone does not switch your plan.

Where are lead-service guarantees explained?

Any lead-service guarantee, credit, or refund applies only as specified in your written membership agreement. Request the applicable terms before enrolling. An interested seller is not an accepted offer or a completed sale.

How is my information handled?

See the Privacy Policy for how information is collected and used. Use private support channels for account matters. Do not post seller details, passwords or payment information in public channels.

How do I contact LandConnect?

Use the Contact page, email support@prglandtech.com or call 404-492-8168. Existing members can also use their account support path.
